Unihay is a student and graduate employment and training agency established in the UK that specialises in assisting students and graduates in finding employment with our internship training programmes and through our job board.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for our services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys and provide feedback.

Candidate Data:

In order to provide the best possible employment and work experience opportunities that are tailored to your skills and experience, we need to process certain information about you.  We only ask for details that will genuinely help us to help you, such as your name, age, contact details, education details, employment history, emergency contacts, and immigration status. Where appropriate and in accordance with the law and requirements, we may also collect information related to your health, diversity and details of any criminal convictions.

Client Data:

If you are a client of Unihay, we need to collect and use information about you or individuals at your organisation, in the course of providing you services such as 1) finding suitable candidates who are the right fit for you and your organisation, 2) notifying you of content published by Unihay which is likely to be relevant and useful to you.

Supplier Data:

We require a small amount of information from our suppliers to ensure that things run smoothly.  We need the contact details of relevant individuals at your organisation so that we can communicate with you.  We also need other information such as your bank details so that we can pay for the services you provide us with.

We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Google Analytics
When someone visits we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, where we are able to collect information on details of visitor’s behaviour patterns on our site. We do this to find out how many visitors we attract and how long they stay on our site. This information does not identify anyone. We do not make or allow Google to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
